We built The Seascape to be a place where the views are endless and the stress is non-existent. Located in the heart of Sri Lanka’s best surfing coastline, our boutique hotel blends high-end comfort with a laid-back beach vibe.

• Designed for Real Relaxing We believe you should be able to enjoy your balcony for more than ten minutes. Ryan has stayed in many beach hotels where the chairs were so uncomfortable she couldn't sit for long—so we made sure that wouldn't happen here! Our balcony furniture is handcrafted from local rattan and specifically designed for long hours of reading or just watching the waves. Whether you are on your private terrace or by our refreshing pool, your comfort is our priority.
• Stress-Free Sunshine Vacationing should be easy. We ensure there are always enough sunchairs for everyone—there is absolutely no need to wake up early to "reserve" a spot with your towel. Your place in the sun is always waiting for you.

Welcome at The Seascape in Matara Sri Lanka! 

The Seascape is a new small boutique hotel on the beach of Meddawatta, Matara. We have 7 rooms available, 4 rooms upstairs and 3 downstairs. All with a stunning seaview, comfortable beach chairs and the cosy feel of a beach house. Meddawatta is an upcoming beach-area, discovered by the surf community. It is great for a beach holiday, with all kinds of sightseeing and wildlife nearby.
